The Battle of the Jemez took place during the Allied Revolutionary War from 29 to 31 May 2010. It began as a major offensive taken by the American Fascist Alliance, aimed at capturing Santa Fe, the capital of New Mexico. It was, however, later discovered that most of the marchers were unarmed civilians who retreated when government troops arrived. The procession was stopped by the Allied States National Guard outside Santa Fe in the Santa Fe National Forest, and there the battle began as a classical land battle. On the 30th, the Fascists decided to take an offensive motion into enemy lines. The plan seemed like a success at first, however, soon the rebels found themselves surrounded by more than ten thousand National Guardsmen at the Jemez River. On the 31st, most of the Fascists had fled North, into Colorado (now Rocky State), and the rest were arrested or killed during battle. The Battle of Jemez was the last "major" engagement during the Revolutionary War, and was thus seen as the end thereof.
