Brikkstö (Bяıжитӧ) commonly anglicised as Brikksto, is the capital and largest city of Westland. It is located in North-West Westland at the shores of the River Ava in Brikkstö Prefecture. It is the heart of Westland's cultural, economic and governmental activity being the largest employment and education centre, with a total population of over 2.8 million people, making it the eight largest urban area in Europe by population.

Archaeological finds in the area suggest the area was inhabited as long as 60,000 years ago, and provide evidence for human activity in the Paleothic Era. During the Roman era there was a settlement, Abona, which was connected to Bat by a Roman road. There were also isolated Roman villas and small Roman forts and settlements throughout the area. Brikkustö became the capital of the Kingdom of Wessex shortly after the Battle of Hästingas in 1066, and remained its capital throughout its existence. It was the centre of the Westlandic industrial revolution in the 19th century, and was subsequently the main location in the Westlandic Revolution in 1922 when the country transition into a Socialist State by 1923. Since 1923, rapid growth and construction have transformed the city into a planned and structured cityscape, with organised zones, and large ambitious housing and industrial developments in what became known as the Burkösson Era.

Brikksto is one of the fastest growing tourist destinations in Europe, despite the difficulty of entering Westland from the European Union and the United States. The city has over 21% of Westland's entire population of 12.9 million, and is expected to grow considerably by 2030, becoming one of the world's newest metropolitan cities. Brikkstö is also the largest seaport in Westland upon the River Ava, into the Atlantic Ocean. The city is connected to the rest of the country by the Trans-Westlandic Railway from Brikkstö Central Station, and to the rest of Europe and the world by Brikkstö Vikunö Airport, situated 30 km from the city centre between Brikkstö and Vikunö, Westland's second largest city.
