Elliön is a region in the northwestern part of Norpradia. It is the least populous region and the fourth largest by area. Elliön is bordered by Prada to the southeast, the North Sea to the north, south and west. Together with Prada and Nordia, the region has the second highest life expectancy in Norpradia. The population growth is -0,04%, the second lowest in the entire country. Its capital and largest city is Rottönfurt, which had an estimated population of 172.422 in 2019, or 170.881 according to the 2017 census.

The region is named after the tallest mountain in the region and in the country, Elliön Mountains, which has around 4.288 meters.

The region is arguably one of the richest and most prosperous in the entire country, with a GDP per capita of 49.051, the 4th highest, and a HDI of 0,937, the 2nd highest, only losing to Lithoriburg. It is also the only region which has a women as its governor.

The region is influenced by Swedish Culture, and it is common to hear Swedish, even though the younger population prefers to speak the Norpradian Dialect. Before the unification of Norpradia, hundreds of small kingdoms ruled the region, but the most influential of them was the Kingdom of Prada, which had Rottönfurt as its capital.

The region of Elliön has 220 cities, the second region with the least number of cities (Rödsomor has 1 city less than Elliön). According to the 2017 census, 68,27% of the Elliönian population lived in the 10 most populous cities, they are:
