Justice Emma Conrad Ray (b. 1941) is an Associate Justice of the United Islands Supreme Court. She was the third woman appointed to the court. She was appointed in 1999 after Susan O'Byrne resigned to take up the Presidency. Justice Ray had previously been a Justice of the Bradmarch Supreme Court.
Ray is currently the oldest member of the court at 65, and if no justice dies or retires, her seat will open up in 2013. She is a moderate liberal, and has been an advocate of womens rights throughout her legal career.
