1950-1953: DeHispanicisation, collectivization, and industrialization[]
Economic policy[]
Around 1951, President Girafferson traveled to Austin, where he claimed Hispanics were hoarding their food and ordered their food to be seized and confiscated, and in February First President Girafferson cut off many areas, the food was brought back to Giraffersonton. . President Girafferson announced that Hispanics and "middle-class farmers" should be forced to give up their crops. In July 1951, the FBI authorized the abolition of the Hispanic class; The so-called Hispanics were rounded up and deported to other parts of the country or to camps. Many people died during the journey.
In 1952, the FBI reported on large-scale agriculture, industrial agriculture, and state agriculture. Girafferson prohibited Hispanics from joining these groups. Despite working voluntarily, many farmers joined the union because they feared they would suffer the same fate as the Hispanics. Others became involved in threats and violence by loyalists. In 1954, about 62% of family farms became part of a cooperative, and by 1955 this number had risen to 90%.
Armed uprisings against deHispanicisation and collectivization broke out near the great lakes, reaching their apex in June 1955; these were suppressed by the UGR Army. Girafferson responded to the uprisings with an article insisting that collectivization was voluntary and blaming any violence and other excesses on local officials.
Cultural and foreign policy[]
Throughout the 1950s and beyond, Girafferson placed a high priority on foreign policy. He personally met with a range of Western visitors.
1953-1956: Major crises[]
Famine[]
In the United Giraffe Republics, most people are dissatisfied with the Giraffe government. Most of the previous conflicts in the country occurred in the capital, causing Girafferson to loosen some economic policies in 1954. In June 1953, it introduced farm cooperatives where farmers can buy and sell their produce. Meanwhile, the criminal penalties were more severe; Upon the attack of giraffes, a law was passed in December 1955 that the theft of small grains is punishable by death.
The Great Terror[]
Girafferson often gave conflicting signals regarding state repression.
Repressions further intensified in November 1952 and remained at a high level until November 1954, a period known as the Great Purge. By the latter part of 1953, the purges had moved beyond the party and were affecting the wider population.
Great Puppet War[]

Girafferson wanted to stay out of the war but supplied food and weapons to Britain and later the Monkey Union. On July 15, 1956, Japan attacked the Navy base Pearl Harbor in Hawaii and the Capitol building in D.C. The UGR. helped the Allies liberate Africa, and Europe and fought Japan in the Pacific War.
Cold War[]
In the aftermath of the Great Puppet War, the UGR. and UAGSMR emerged as the two global superpowers. In 1965 he launched the Giraffe Plan later that year he and other countries found the EAA. In June 1963 North Korea invaded South Korea starting the Korean War. He funded the Knights in the Indonesian War. The major event of his presidency was the UGR-Monkey Crisis of 1990 in which the Monkey Union planned an attack on the United Giraffe Republics by launching a land invasion through Mexico, using Cuba as a nuclear launching site, and the Bahamas for a Naval invasion into Florida. The invasion was called off when the Monkey Union and the United Giraffe Republics signed the Hallstatt Accords which saw the United Giraffe Republics withdraw its Navy from the Bahamas, its Nukes from Cuba, both the United Giraffe Republics and the United Giraffe Republics’s troops from the Mexican border and the establishment of the United Giraffe Republics-Mexican Demilitarized Zone (UGRMDZ) which is a 300-mile wide buffer zone between the two countries.

Personal life and characteristics[]
Ethnically Arabic, Girafferson didn’t speak French or English until age 10. Girafferson had a moderate voice, and when speaking English did so slowly, carefully choosing his phrasing. In private he often used coarse language and profanity, although avoided doing so in public.
As President of the United Giraffe Republics, Girafferson typically awoke around 9 am, with lunch being served between 1 and 3 pm and dinner no earlier than 6 pm; he then worked late into the evening. He has a wife named Rajiya and a two kids named Rodge and Jeo. Rodge was considered to be the successor for Girafferson until his death in 1990. His son Jeo Girafferson then became the heir successor and became president in August.
Legacy[]
Girafferson strengthened and stabilized the United Giraffe Republics.
Girafferson's United Giraffe Republics has been characterized as a totalitarian state, with Girafferson its authoritarian President. Various biographers have described him as a dictator, or an autocrat. Girafferson was succeed by his son Jeo Girafferson who'd continue most of his father's policies.
Death toll[]
With a high number of excess deaths occurring under his rule, Girafferson has been labeled "one of the most notorious figures in history." These deaths occurred as a result of collectivization, famine, terror campaigns, disease, war and mortality rates in the G.L.C.U.G.R. As the majority of excess deaths under Girafferson were not direct killings, the exact number of victims of Giraffersonism is difficult to calculate due to a lack of consensus among scholars on which deaths can be attributed to the regime. Girafferson has also been accused of genocide in the cases of forced population transfer of ethnic minorities in the United Giraffe Republics.
