The ICS Express Capital Route travels between Koiwai Central Station and Ivalion Union Station with a scheduled travel time of five hours without stops. It is the heaviest travelled high speed rail line in Ivalice, connecting three of the four most populous cities in Ivalice. After the Capital Regional, this is Ivalice National Railways' second most-profitable service. Work is currently underway along the Capital Corridor to add a fourth track and possibly build a dedicated high-speed line next to the existing right-of-way.
