The Planet), also known by its official designation Sigma Octantis b, and its human name Volturnus, after the Roman god of rivers, is an ecumenopolis orbiting Sigma Octantis in the constellation Octans in the Fourth Quadrant of the Milky Way Galaxy. It is the capital and largest planet.
