The Legislature of Long Island is the unicameral legislative body for the Georgeland state of Long Island. The legislature comprises 43 members, elected for a four-year term. The legislature can be dissolved early by the state's Governor, who can only do on the advice of the Chief Minister and the Cabinet.

The legislature is elected by proportional representation, using a mixed-member system. 23 of the state's legislators are elected from single-member constituencies using a first-past-the-post voting system, while the remainder are elected by the state at-large from a party list. This system was introduced at the 2005 election.

The legislature meets in the Arkwright Building in Dannyburg, the state capital. It sits for approximately 120 days every year.

The Liberal Democratic Party of the United Islands, led by Victoria Englehart, currently hold a plurality of seats in the state legislature and thus form the government of the state.
