Ludwik Jeuger was President of Leubantia from 1956 through 1974.
Jeuger was born on 17 March 1898 in the Trilfuva district of Dunford. He became leader of the 19th Division of the Leubantian Army in 1935, and shifted his ideologies to communism during that year. He joined the Leubantian Communist Party and soon became a high-ranking official by the start of World War II. Jeuger was the first Leubantian general to embrace communism and stop fighting against the Soviet Union. He converted to Atheism in 1953, and became President of Leubantia in a coup d'état in 1956. He ordered the assassination of Hans Sikaw in 1965, who preceded him as President.
A heavy cigarette smoker, Jeuger was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer in 1974 and was forced to resign from his post. He was succeeded in office by Lorens Jons, and later died in his sleep on 24 March 1975 at age 77.
