The Gubci Gurun i Juggo Solho Ejetegge Holbobun Zujhen Nikan Sigin Buleku Bithe, the National Nikan Sigin Dictionary of the Sovereign Communicative Order of Sino-Korea, is an attempt to give Manchu equivalents to Han Traditional Chinese characters, carried out by the National Department of the Manchu Language in 1994. It was done in order to give every SCOSK citizen a Manchu name in addition to their Korean, Chinese, Japanese, or Vietnamese name. The added Han-derived words were not meant to be used except in formal context, except words which formerly were not concepts available in the Manchu Language.
