Pidatoshi Mirai (港市未来), often shortened to Kongmei, is a large urban development in Chiwon, Surea.

The name, which means "Harbor City Future", was selected in a public competition. Construction of the area started in 1986. Built largely on reclaimed land, the area now features the 65 Tower, Chiwon's tallest skyscraper, the Harbour's Square shopping mall, the Konggei Bay convention center, Novotel Hotel, and more.

As of 2006, 20 years after the start of development and despite a 50 percent asset tax discount, 87% the 90-acre (364,500 m²) area were occupied. The August 22, 2005 completion of the Kongmei Line, which connects the area directly to both central Chiwon and Meguzawa in Konggei, is expected to in the area. Planned new tenants include Stanford University.

The area is a popular tourist spot together with nearby Chiwon Chinatown. Kongmei is one of the few places in the Konggei-Chiwon area where the seashore is accessible, and not blocked by industry and harbour areas.
