Charing Boulevard Station is the main rail station in Randgriz City, Gallia opened in 1939. It lies just outside of the Old City Walls, to the east of the city. It is located at 1227 Charing Boulevard East. It is built onto an artificial plateau of land between two trenches, the Capital Corridor rail tracks carrying Ivalice National Railways and Koiwai Area Regional Rail System trains to Koiwai and Ivalion, and National Route 4's bypass route around the city core.

The approach tracks to the station from the south are built into a trench, to grade separate the high-speed trains from road traffic. About a quarter-mile south of the station, a pair of tracks diverge to the west into a tunnel to serve the Gallia Square KARRS station in downtown Randgriz City. Charing Boulevard Station is served by Ivalice National Railways Capital Corridor and Midlands services, KDOT KARRS, and the Gallia Department of Transportation Randgriz Metro Line 3. It is the fourth busiest rail station in Ivalice by number of passengers served.
