Randgriz County, is located in the Ivalician Federal District, northwest of Koiwai, and directly southwest of Randgriz City. As of 2008 Census estimates, it had a population of 86,475. The county is a part of the Koiwai-Randgriz Metropolitan Area. Its county seat is Daley's Corner.

The Ulei River forms the county's eastern border with Randgriz City.
