The Swooping Eagle is the official federal and national emblem of the Union of Everett. The swooping eagle can be found on various nation symbols such as the flag, Hawaiian state flag, Ontario state flag, the official Great Seal of Everett, the Secretary of Defense flag and the Presidential flag. The swooping eagle can also be found usually on government documents, paper money, coin money and other government emblems such as the Department of Defense emblem and Department of Justice emblem.

The Swooping Eagle is usually all white, representing peace, swooping in, representing vigilance and strength and itself is the national bird. On some flags and the Federal Bank of Everett logo, the eagle is depicted as red, white and blue. On most flags or emblems the eagle is white, surrounded by thirty nine white stars. On emblems, money, coins and seals the stars form a cirle around the eagle, usually thirty nine stars, sometimes fifteen, representing the original fifteen seceding states. On the national flag, the stars simply surround the eagle in the upper left corner box. On the Everett City city flag, the swooping eagle carries a single white star in its claws, the eagle representing the nation and the star, the capitol city.
