Teshedia, Tsehetia, or Tushataya was an ancient kingdom which stretched at its height all the way from the Caspian Sea to modern-day Tajikistan. It is centered in a parallel universe and time frame to our own, and existed for more than 1000 years. The kingdom was founded in 428 by King Shan I and was ultimately destroyed in 1611. After its dissolution, the remaining peoples gradually assimilated into the majority of the outside population. For many years at a time, the kingdom remained fortified in the mountains of present-day Tajikistan, where the capital, Tyyshedje was located. The lands surrounding the mountains were known by 950 as the Hiasxara Lands, or the lands of the waste, and by 1000 AD these lands were overrun with crime and chaos. The main religion practiced in this land was known as Dushanism, and it involved worshiping the surrounding lands for the gifts they gave everyone. The kingdom was led by a king, and there were exactly 100 rulers of Tushetia.
