Westminster County is a county in the Ivalician Federal District, in Ivalice. Census estimates in 2008 put the estimated population of the county at 507,651, making it the second-most populous jurisdiction in the Federal District, after Koiwai. Westminster is one of the only counties in Ivalice with a seven-figure into median household income.
